“we arrived at Heathrow from New Zealand and took a Majestic car to Birmingham. Our flight was delayed by a day and there was no problem amending the booking. Car was at the airport on time - great drive, great driver. I'm not normally a 'limo' type person but this turned out to be a very pleasant and remarkably cost effective form of transport for 2 or more people trying to exit Heathrow for a provincial city.”

“Excellent service. My husband and I landed at Heathrow from JFK. Our plane was delayed, but our driver still waited for us. We were driven to Oxford and dropped off at our hotel. The following week we also requested a car from Oxford to Heathrow. The driver arrived promptly and both drivers were courteous and professional. Since I was making the reservation online and from the United States, I was doubtful that all would go accordingly. But it did and so I highly recommend Majestic to all travelers.”

They all say the same thing, love the service. It is not a luxury when it costs no more than combined other forms of "getting there" and, half to a third of the time.”

Hello Norman, We have looked into your booking and can see you were charged £103 for the journey - the rate which you were quoted when you booked. There is no extra charge if your flight is delayed. The only time we may ask for an additional amount is if the driver is kept waiting for more than 1 hour 30 minutes after the flight has landed (it usually takes 30 to 45 minutes to get through customs and collect luggage). The main reason for any charge is to compensate the driver for unreasonable waiting time and the parking charges. If you were charged extra by the driver please let us know and we will try to get to the bottom it. We have joined this site to enable us to improve our service and rectify any issues customers face.
