“Two of us were supposed to arrive on flights from the USA at Heathrow at nearly the same time but at two different terminals. As it turned out, one flight arrived an hour early and the other an hour late, but your drivers were wonderful meeting us and getting us together for the drive to our hotel in Bath. Excellent service, over and above!”

“The driver and the ride were excellent but trying to get together at the airport was a problem. Your documentation told me to go stand in front of the coffee shop area where he would be. He said that he found that got too busy so he was waiting over on the far side not directly in front of the coffee shop. This resulted in quite a bit of anxiety on our part as we could not Find the driver. When we tried calling him, all we got was an answering machine. That's a problem.”

“We had used the service once before to get to LHR on the advise of a friend and decided to go with Majestic again on our arrival this time. Could not have been better - courteous driver and excellent service. Car was immaculate. One small thing that spoke volumes of the driver and the service: because of a scheduling conflict the driver had to make a phone call as we left LHR - when he had finished he apologized for being on the phone!!! He explained that it was a work related call and that if he hadn't made it someone would have been stranded. In this day and age when drivers (certainly in North America) are on their phones it was refreshing and the sign of a true gentleman. Many thanks.”

“My experience with Majestic Taxis involved a round trip from Heathrow to Oxford with the first journey on a Saturday, and the second one two weeks later. I was extremely pleased with both. Vehicles were clean, roomy and comfortable, drivers competent and careful, and also, helpful in getting me (I am handicapped) in and out of the air terminals. I will make this journey again in 2017, and look forward to using Majestic Taxis services again.”

“A great way to get from Heathrow to anywhere, we were met exiting customs and whisked away by a professional Majestic driver who was safe, efficient and a pleasure to spend time with - which says something after a long transatlantic flight. We went from Heathrow direct to our hotel in Bath. All the arrangements were easily made online and the entire experience was excellent. We will definitely use Majestic again on the next trip to the UK.”

“We had no problem locating our driver, Phill, at Heathrow. He was very courteous and friendly all during the drive to Dover. He was informative on the way telling us about the countryside and traffic regulations. We invited him to lunch with us, but he needed to return to London and as the traffic was quite heavy in all directions. He found our hotel with ease and upon unloading our luggage, returned to London. We certainly recommend Majestic to anyone requiring service in England.”

“We had a driver pick us up from the airport and take us to Southampton with a brief stop at Stonehenge. Driver was very nice, informational, and on time. We also had another driver take us from Southampton to our London hotel. Again, everything was perfect. Will definitely use again. Also, the cost was much better than what the cruise line offered.”

“We have used Majestic before and they are excellent. They driver was waiting at the airport and drove us to Bath in some heavy downpours. The car is always spotless and there is water waiting. We would always use Majestic when in England.”

“I'm glad we used Majestic as our transportation to and from Heathrow and the cruise port in Southampton. Reservations were very easy to use online. The driver was waiting for us at both locations, they texted me to let me know where they were. They were courteous and drove in a very safe manner. We might have paid a few dollars more for this private service but it was well worth it. Not waiting to "queue", as the British call it, for the bus relieved a lot of stress especially on the return trip to Heathrow after our cruise. We had an early flt back to the states and did not want the hassle of being on the bus with all the drop offs at other terminals. I highly recommend Majestic.”
