“They were professional about everything they did - from meeting me as I arrived to dropping me of in Oxford, and then, reversing the procedure, two weeks later - picking me up. and taking me back to Heathrow. It's nice to be able to travel and have complete confidence in your limo service. I look forward to using your services again in July and August of 2018.”

“Your service was easy to arrange from the US. In every case your drivers were prompt and pleasant, your cars clean and modern. There was one particular driver who was a bit older and I believe part time who I really enjoyed (I got him twice). He gave me the history of the area and the places along the way. Our discussions made the trip very enjoyable.”

“The morning I was to leave Malta to fly to London and take a Majestic taxi to Southampton to connect to a trans-Atlantic cruise, I became ill. I cancelled all travel and Majestic was kind enough to credit me with a future trip which I am arranging at the moment. They were not obligated to do so according to the terms of the original agreement and I am most pleased that they have extended the courtesy.”

Hello Nicholas, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you feel you were "robbed". Our intentions are not to rob anyone. You emailed to cancel your booking 2 hours before your pickup was scheduled for. In this instance we did not consider 2 hours ample time. We have a official cancellation policy which is: "Bookings cancelled prior to 24 hours of the actual pickup will be refunded in full. If you don't notify us 24 hours prior to your pickup there will be no refund. If your fight is cancelled and you notify us, there will be a full refund or a car will be provided for your new arrival date/ time." It is extremely rare for us to enforce this policy and in most cases we offer to provide a future journey of the same value at no extra charge. I can see from our email records we emailed you to inform you that we would not be able to provide a refund but when you were travelling to London again we would happily provide a service of the same value at no charge. This offer still stands so when you are next travelling to London please email us info@majestictaxis.com
