“No problems whatsoever. Our driver was waiting for us when we cleared customs in U.K. We went to our destination which was an hour or so away He was courteous and he looked smart. “I had a pleasant journey from Heathrow airport to my hotel near Birmingham NEC. I had Wi-Fi on board so was able to get lots of work done on the 2 hour journey. Highly recommend this service, it is much more cost effective than a train or bus. I considered a train but it took approximately 3 hours 15 minutes with 3 stops and the cost was only cheaper by £15-£20. Will use again and have told all my colleagues about the service.”
