Maisonwhite.co.uk were established in 2011 operating from their retail shop in Colchester, Essex. They have recently relocated their store to Benson in Oxfordshire where they sell a fabulous range of fine homeware and gifts, including soft toys from key brands such as Jellycat where they stock a growing range of loveable childrens toys. Other key brands for the home include Parlane, Voyage Maison and Dora Designs, as well as leading brand candles and diffusers. They have become a key ecommerce retailer selling their gifts all over the world to thousands of happy customers.

“I bought a new duvet Sarah Millar duvet cover Good price and quick delivery. Very efficient service. And when I had a question I actually phoned and managed to speak to a human being for a change! A very nice lady who was very polite and helpful. Great to get some good customer service for a change. Would definitely use again recommend to others”

Thank you for your review. We no longer include return/delivery notes as it’s mostly wasted paper. For future reference :) You don’t need a printer to return. You can write the details on any piece of paper or straight onto the parcel if you prefer. We just need to know your order number and something else to double check such as postcode or name (these would be on the outside of the parcel anyway as your return address) Best wishes Maison White

“A beautiful bedding set from William Morris. I’m probably more excited about this bedding than someone should be! It was a splurge but it looks and feels very luxurious and was a great price from Masion White. It washes really well but, unfortunately you do need to iron it but it’s still worth it!”

“Very pleased with Jelly Cat bunny comforter for my friend's new baby daughter. It is gorgeous and my friend is thrilled with it, sending me a picture as soon as received. Very good service, the comforter arrived within 72 hours of ordering. The only criticism I have, which I hope is constructive criticism, is that the item came in a plastic bag with the Maison White sticker on the plastic. I am sure this would have been discarded by parents on arrival, but I would pay a few pence more for the Jelly Cat to be wrapped in tissue with the MW sticker on the tissue rather than sealed plastic. However, I am sure I have reached an age where I see danger more so than youngsters and I would certainly order again from Maison White.”

Thank you for your review and comments. We are pleased to hear the delivery was smooth and the products were well received. We did use tissue paper previously but sadly some items managed to get dirty or wet whilst in the post. This led to complaints from our customers :( it was completely out of our control. So we looked into other options. The plastic bags which are fully recyclable (also have courtesy safety warnings on for those not in the ‘know’) have now meant we have had zero damages from the elements to products in the 3 years since we started using them. From the safety aspect, all new parents should be advised about dangers about plastic bags via their health visitors (I was 11 years ago). Plastic bags feature daily in our lives (food packaging, shopping bags, via the mail, nappy sacks - the list goes on). It’s common sense to most about the dangers but we do also ensure we use bags which carry the warning and have small holes in. We do appreciate your feedback Best wishes Maison White
