They have recently relocated their store to Benson in Oxfordshire where they sell a fabulous range of fine homeware and gifts, including soft toys from key brands such as Jellycat where they stock a growing range of loveable childrens toys. Other key brands for the home include Parlane, Voyage Maison and Dora Designs, as well as leading brand candles and diffusers. They have become a key ecommerce retailer selling their gifts all over the world to thousands of happy customers.

“Ordering was easy and my item arrived well packed and quickly. I liked that I was able to track my order. The item I ordered was organically out of stock so I signed up for an email to be told when it was back in stock. I got the email and then was able to order my item.”

“The website and service was excellent. I was in a rush to order as I hadn't calculate the delivery time and I had an issue processing payment. When I re-ordered on the confirmation I realised I had not chosen the right delivery method. I called an was promptly advised what to do with an excellent operator who even pointed out what I would potentially see on my bank statement too. My order arrived as promised and my Granddaughter (4) loved the furniture and figures.”

“Maison White were very efficient at delivering my order quickly. However, part of the order was missing so that evening I emailed them to tell them. First thing the following morning I received a reply apologising and telling me the missing item was being sent out by first class. The following morning it arrived! I was very impressed with their customer service, their speed of reply toy email and how quickly the situation was rectified. Well done Maison White!”
