They have recently relocated their store to Benson in Oxfordshire where they sell a fabulous range of fine homeware and gifts, including soft toys from key brands such as Jellycat where they stock a growing range of loveable childrens toys. Other key brands for the home include Parlane, Voyage Maison and Dora Designs, as well as leading brand candles and diffusers. They have become a key ecommerce retailer selling their gifts all over the world to thousands of happy customers.

“the lampshade arrived faulty - the material had not been fixed to the lampshade frame correctly and was wrinkly in places. it should not have passed their quality control (if they have any) and certainly should not have been sent out to a customer in that condition. otherwise the shade design was nice and delivery was prompt.”

However we did not hear from you about this and we would have been more than happy to help if we did, it’s a shame you felt the need to leave a negative review about us as a company based on the condition of product, without giving us a chance to help. The lamp shades arrive from Voyage Maison boxed and ready to go to their new homes. We have 100s of them therefore unable to check each and every lampshade as we do not expect them to be faulty. “Everything is great with my purchase apart from the description of the bashful jelly cat elephant states it has white tusks ( which is the main reason I bought this particular one for my son as a spare/replacement for his other elephant. ) but upon receiving the soft toy its doesnt have the tusks so my son wont accept it ( we all know how particular some kids are)”

Thanks for your review of us as a company and the review of the product, it’s a shame you didn’t feel our service was quite top notch because you are not happy with the product. We haven’t heard from you about this prior to your review. The storm octopus you purchased is described on the website as per Jellycat’s description and I am sorry if you feel the product is smaller than expected, but the information was there for you to view before purchasing. We actually feel the octopuses from jellycat are very good value for money, they have 8 bouncy tentacles and a big squashy head.
