They have recently relocated their store to Benson in Oxfordshire where they sell a fabulous range of fine homeware and gifts, including soft toys from key brands such as Jellycat where they stock a growing range of loveable childrens toys. Other key brands for the home include Parlane, Voyage Maison and Dora Designs, as well as leading brand candles and diffusers. They have become a key ecommerce retailer selling their gifts all over the world to thousands of happy customers.

“product arrived quickly which was great seeing as it was placed late for Christmas delivery. However, the product could have been wrapped better inside the bag as had the bag ripped there was no protection inside and the bear could have been damaged.”

“I am absolutely delighted with my purchase of Dexter Dog for my granddaughter's first Christmas and can't wait to see her with him! Ordering online, unseen could have been a bit of a risk, but when he arrived he more than met my expectations and it was love at first sight! Excellent quality ,sturdy and really cute. On ordering , I was also shown the option of adding a dog coat for him, which I hadn't known about and will become fun putting on his coat ,when we go out!”

“Ordering was easy even without an account. My order was received in good time. Unfortunately I did not like the item as much as I'd hoped. I've now to see how easy it is to return goods. That will determine whether I will use Maison White again or not.”

Thank for your comments Jackie I believe we have communicated via email, we happy to accept returns as long as they are in their new and unused condition - refunds are processed bye us within 7 working days of receipt of the return (usually sooner)
