They have recently relocated their store to Benson in Oxfordshire where they sell a fabulous range of fine homeware and gifts, including soft toys from key brands such as Jellycat where they stock a growing range of loveable childrens toys. Other key brands for the home include Parlane, Voyage Maison and Dora Designs, as well as leading brand candles and diffusers. They have become a key ecommerce retailer selling their gifts all over the world to thousands of happy customers.

“Really love the panda (large size) with its soft fur and really cute face. Yet to see how durable it will be as some of the fur is already a little fluffy, but looks really cuddly. The packaging was a surprise as expected it to arrive in some kind of box as protection for it, but it came in a sealed plastic bag. Bought for my new Grandson, so time will tell on how sucessful a purchase it will turn out to be but nice on the shelf so far!”

Jellycat toys are great quality and Harry Panda is a firm favourite, so I am sure he will be well loved by your new Grandson. We use recycled bags for most of our parcels, whilst we can appreciate customer's perception they are actually more durable for transit than cardboard boxes and more eco friendly. Thanks for your review. Clarity for others. Gillian ordered a "pre order" item which was due Mid/late November. The product was delayed by the supplier until mid December, at which point the order was delivered. The delay was completely out of our control. We did respond to the customers 6 emails, promptly.
