“I found Mae Jum last year while looking for a vegetarian massaman sauce. I think I have now tried all of their sauces and have not been disappointed with any. If I'm in the mood for something hot i go with Jungle with a few chopped chillis or for a milder flavour explosion the massaman and Penang sauces are great with no added chillis.”
