First order was completely fine, love it. The second I had ordered a hoodie that has low stock, ordered a L and got sent an XL that was clearly a returned item as the packet was taped back up, nothing wrong with it and it fits slightly bigger than I wanted. Too long of a process to return as well as not getting the shipping fees refunded despite the issue not being anything to do with me. A little disappointed with that to be honest.

The socks that I bought appeared to be of good quality. I arranged to exchange them as I had got the size wrong. Customer service was excellent, very helpful. Unfortunately Evri were useless, unable to deliver to a convenience store that is open 18 hours a day. Eventually I had to request a refund. I will look to order the product from a supplier that uses a proper delivery company.

Products arrived in reasonable time, however shin pads chosen were measured and matched to size chart on website Pads turned out to be a size small even though measurements were matched to what was stated on the website

Hello, the hint that paying tax would have been good. I could have bought it directly from the manufacturer in the USA and would have saved €70 You also seem to have a data security problem. After placing my order with you I received 2 phishing calls.

I love the products however, I had to exchange the size and had to pay for the return package .. that’s is very disappointing .. I won’t order again for this reason !!

We offer an industry standard rate of £2.99, this covers the return and the postage of the item being sent back out which is usually a lot higher. Sadly due to courier losing the order I never received my products. I can however say the customer service and communication between Made4fighters was always excellent and I received a full refund as there was no stock of the product left.

Easy to order off the website and there’s a lot of really decent stuff on there. However it’s disappointing that you can’t exchange goods! Have to return items and then reorder which is a pain.

The site sells some great products and is one of my go to’s for training wear and gear. However, the returns policy isnt great. I’ve returned two items in the past and its taken more than two weeks to get my money back.

While I eventually received the order after it being resent (thanks Danielle!) it did take a couple of weeks of back and forth! While I get there is a process for them to follow it was frustrating and did mean that the recipient didn’t get in time for their birthday despite ordering in well in advance!( not every order made Nov/December is intended for Christmas!). Recipient loved the products!

Product supplied is quality, delivery spot on. HOWEVER, I accidentally purchased the wrong weight gloves, which I immediately noticed and asked if this could be switched out within minutes of placing the order - not after it had been dispatched or picked even. The answer was no. Which I find hard to believe. I wasn't asking for a refund, or a change of brand, just a difference in glove weight of the same product and brand supplier. I've kept the gloves. But I won't buy from M4F again simply because of this.

Never received but hey I'm not going to judge MADE4FIGHTERS last email from the courier was 10 days ago to say a delay with them I'm sure PayPal will sort it out so I'll sit on the fence until resolved

Nothing wrong with the site guys but the sizing of the product was way out was disappointed the t-shirt I ordered was xxl but was definitely not xxl and yes it said it inside as well so not really your fault. Had to give it to my wife who is a woman's 12-14 and it fits as a medium..
