“Placed an order at the start of June and we are still waiting yet the tracking says it has left on the 4th of June. The tracking number does not work with Hermes and you don’t reply to emails. Items were bought as a gift so now have a very disappointed little boy.”

“My item was refunded as the parcel was lost, this is likely evri's fault however I was not offered a suitable alternative and the product is no longer in stock, nor are there any other options really available. Sadly it looks like I will have to start using another site.”
