Good afternoon Jan. Thanks for your review, I cannot apologise enough that you didn't receive your parcel. After investigating this further, it looks like the parcel is currently on its way back to us. This is due to the tax/duty not been paid. As all international orders incur a charge. These charges are usually levied when the order reaches the delivery address. I can see that we have already processed a full refund, and you should receive the funds back in 5-7 working days. “I was sent the wrong plasters, I ordered 3 boxes of transparent plasters and I was sent normal fabric plasters and they don't stick very well.”

“Danielle was very helpful. My boxing boots came a few days after delivering but unfortunately they were the wrong size. I ordered the size below. I used the messenger to speak to Danielle. She took my order info and within a day Dpd were here to pick up the old boots. Then the following day I was delivered the correct sized pair. This was sorted very quickly and with minimum stress. THank you very much.”
