“I have bought gloves from you before and it was a good experience. However this time was different. The gloves came quickly so that was good but the wrong size. I ordered 16oz and got 12oz. I returned to them and stipulated that I wanted the 16oz sent to me instead. I was given a refund and weeks later still have no gloves. Kind regards Alex”
