“Great vendor! The customer service I got from Hollie is 10/10. There was a delay with my parcel due to Hermes (10 days and parcel status hasn't changed). I messaged the customer support a few times and got timely and professional replies. Eventually, the vendor sent another parcel via DPD courier and it arrived within 2 days. Very happy with the product. 5 star service!”

“Well what can I say about your preferred carrier, I am going to mention them “Hermes “ absolutely useless, I would imagine my original order is still in there hub, but I can say that after I sent an email to yourselves, you acted on it immediately and sent out a fresh order via DPD, they are brilliant, package arrived before scheduled and I was kept up to date by DPD, so happy here now”
