“Terrible customer service, returned an item. Royal Mail have delivered it and updated tracking. Danielle at made4figthers very robotic no apologies told me to wait 7 days working days which I did. Emailed in now she is saying 14 days, Fing joke! do not recommend to anyone. Finally got my money back after a massive battle why they made such a fuss not a clue! Think about your customer service if you want repeat business.”

“I was initially sceptical about ordering from M4F as the trustpilot reviews weren't very good whereas the ebay store postive feedback was excellent. Nevertheless I purchaseed a punchbag from them on a Friday morning and it was delivered the very next day. I wasn't able to use the product immediately as I was also waiting for the heavy duty gym mats to arrive but I've since had chance to use the punchbag and I've had no issues at all with it. Am very pleased with my purchase and the service I received.”
