“An error in the warehouse saw me receive the wrong order. I contacted customer service and instantly they got on it. My correct order arrived within a couple of days, return postage was covered and a discount applied to my order the same day. Excellent service.”

“Kick pad is a perfect size and width. Good level of padding and comfortable handles. Feels great throwing low kicks, roundhouses etc into and protects my partner whilst holding.”

“Awful. My product came a week later and was badly damaged, and can’t be refunded. Complete waste of money. I bought a wooden training sword and when I opened the box the tip of the blade was chipped and cracked. Like it was thrown about whilst in delivery. Would not recommend this website.”
