My item was refunded as the parcel was lost, this is likely evri's fault however I was not offered a suitable alternative and the product is no longer in stock, nor are there any other options really available. Sadly it looks like I will have to start using another site.

I'm so sorry Evri classed your parcel as missing, after a 48-hour parcel search they were unable to locate the parcel, our investigation is still ongoing and we will update you if any further outcome occurs. I have bought gloves from you before and it was a good experience. However this time was different. The gloves came quickly so that was good but the wrong size. I ordered 16oz and got 12oz. I returned to them and stipulated that I wanted the 16oz sent to me instead. I was given a refund and weeks later still have no gloves. Kind regards Alex

Product perfect, delivery poor. I was given 3 different arrival dates, then there was no contact at all from, the delivery people until I tracked it down my self. I waited 11 days.

Ordered an item only to be given an email days later saying i am being refunded. No explanation why. When i asked it was because the website hadnt been updated and the item was out of stock

Delivery was shocking. The driver left the heavy bag in the pouring rain while I was at work so came back to a wet heavy bag. It’s still drying out now. Not too happy! Image below is how I found it in the pouring rain with the box open to the elements.

I am really sorry to hear this, however we did contact you on the 27th August to advise that unfortunately we could not replace the Gi as they were currently out of stock, and as a result we processed a refund instead. Terrible customer service, returned an item. Royal Mail have delivered it and updated tracking. Danielle at made4figthers very robotic no apologies told me to wait 7 days working days which I did. Emailed in now she is saying 14 days, Fing joke! do not recommend to anyone. Finally got my money back after a massive battle why they made such a fuss not a clue! Think about your customer service if you want repeat business.

You are asking to write a review on a punchbag when I haven't even received it yet! I first date I was given, nothing arrived. I called them and found out that it was delayed and was given a second date. It was supposed to have arrived today and hasn't and there's been no communications from Made4fighters to say otherwise! So far not a great experience as it was going to be my son's main birthday present.
