Hi Roxanne, Thanks for sharing your feedback, I do apologise for the delay in receiving your parcel. We offer international shipping via DHL which takes 1-2 working days to be delivered, however, sometimes issues can arise at customs causing unexpected delays with the delivery being on time. I can see from your tracking this is unfortunately why your parcel was not delivered within the correct timeframe. “This is not a review on the product as I still haven’t received it yet this poor review is the for fact they use Hermes aka Evri who will always been the worst delivery company I have ever known absolutely useless the fact they changed their name and still suck is beyond on me I would be embarrassed if I was then f****** shocking.”
