“While I eventually received the order after it being resent (thanks Danielle!) it did take a couple of weeks of back and forth! While I get there is a process for them to follow it was frustrating and did mean that the recipient didn’t get in time for their birthday despite ordering in well in advance!( not every order made Nov/December is intended for Christmas!). Recipient loved the products!”

“Product supplied is quality, delivery spot on. HOWEVER, I accidentally purchased the wrong weight gloves, which I immediately noticed and asked if this could be switched out within minutes of placing the order - not after it had been dispatched or picked even. The answer was no. Which I find hard to believe. I wasn't asking for a refund, or a change of brand, just a difference in glove weight of the same product and brand supplier. I've kept the gloves. But I won't buy from M4F again simply because of this.”

Hi Ian, Thanks for sharing your feedback, I do apologise for the delay in receiving your parcel. Please be reassured this is not the standard delivery time for international orders, unfortunately some parcels are held at customs for some time and can only be released by the customs agent. Generally the process is smooth once the parcel has been cleared, however I am currently investigating with DHL for the reason of the delay and will email you once we have further information.
