“This is where to get your embroidered badges! Very impressed with care to ensure everything is 'bang on' before they put order to production. Attention to detail brilliant and from time of 'yes' to delivery was not too long either. Would use again for sure”

“Ordered a batch of lapel pins for a family event. The products were perfect for what I was wanting, the items are of extremely good quality and craftsmanship as well as reasonably priced and the turn around time for them was quick. “I've been using Made by Cooper to manufacture a number of custom soft enamel pin badges for four years now. They have always done great work and the one time we had colour issues (about three years ago), they resolved the issue quickly and professionally. I wouldn't go anywhere else!”

“Was sent a legally binding image to review before production. I was happy with it so, authorised production. Finished products were significantly different in appearance from the visual image supplied by them. Have no redress, as I gave approval for what turned out to be a misleading image.”

Thank you for your review and sorry you're not happy with the final outcome, however you must agree that the final badge is accurate to the design which we sent to you. We sent four visuals altering each time to your requirements and they all listed on the design where the gold plating would be on the badge clearly shown in the key and design as shown. We don't like unsatisfied customers and this is why we request the approval of designs where we make alterations for you, on this occasion the badge were made perfectly to the altered and approved design.

“I was highly impressed by the service and quality from start to finish. The customer service team answered all of my questions. On request, they switched the wrapping to a biodegradable option. The design team adapted my existing graphics to make them suitable for making into badges. The finished product was made up high standard. The only downside was the lead time - but I good that’s a mark of how good they are!”

“First time having badges created. The process was much more straightforward than I anticipated. The team helped to finalise a design after me providing a very crude mock-up. The finished badge is really very nice and I'm extremely happy with them. Would definitely recommend.”
