“For a start, they never reply to emails. They don't care about your pins, they just do what's best for them. I was given three different delivery weeks, none of which were accurate as my pins arrived three weeks late, and I still haven't got one batch yet. I am not planning on using MBC again and will definitely be warning all of the pin makers I know, to never use this manufacturer.”

“I’ve ordered both patches and pins from Made By Cooper and they’ve always been outstanding quality - absolutely the best custom products I’ve bought from anywhere, never had a complaint from buyers who regularly say they’re the best quality they’ve bought too”

“Our 3rd time now ordering from Made by Cooper. Excellent quality every time. This was our 1st batch of patches made but fab quality. They initially sent a visual back that didnt work with what we had in mind as the details didn't fit but Luke on the designs team helped us fix that issue. Would highly recommend”
