“I was very pleased with the products that I ordered from Made by Cooper. Initially I had to make some alterations and tweaks to the design to get it right, which was done quickly and efficiently before the order was confirmed for production. I was kept up to date with the time to completion and delivery. The quality as expected. Brilliant !”

“We have purchased four sets of pins from Made by Cooper and have had a wonderful experience each time. They are incredibly quick to give us a rendering of our pins and make them exactly as the picture we send in. When we want to make modifications, they apply them quickly and accurately, and when there are instances where they cannot make the pins exactly as intended due to sizing constraints, they are helpful in explaining and creating workarounds. The pins have always arrived on time and are of very high quality - we have even received praise from our customers over the quality of the pins! The pin request interface is also incredibly easy to use with features we wouldn't have even thought of such as cut outs and glow in the dark features and was a reason we chose to have Made by Cooper manufacture our first set of pins. The quality and excellent service keep us returning.”
