“Very pleased with my latest order they’re exactly as I hoped they’d be. Very helpful company with a great online tracking system so you can keep tabs on your order. They almost always hit the early end of the estimated arrival period and are very involved in the production from perfecting artwork to passing on specific requirements to the manufacturing team at the factory to notifications of delivery. DPD is always fab for giving accurate delivery times and safe place options also so the fact that made by cooper use them is a bonus.”

“My second time using Made by Cooper to make enamel pins - still great quality, though a little disappointed - with my first order I got a few extra pins, to account for the few with defects, this time I got no extras so some of my 100 pins have to be sold as seconds.”

“What can I say? I already tried different pin suppliers, and there were always problems. Mostly because of the quality. The communication with made by cooper was real nice, the production time was super fast ans the quality second to none. I can without a doubt recommend them.”

“Made by Cooper have been a great team to work with from beginning to end of the design process for our Official Patch. A few ideas and emails+jpegs flew back and forth over a couple of weeks prior to the finalization process. Being prepaid the manufacturing was scheduled, with updates until the arrival of our 1st official patch. We are very happy with the quality of the product and i have non hesitation in recommending the team.”

“I’m absolutely delighted with the patches that were made and the customer service I experienced. The team are exceptionally lovely, helpful and very knowledgable making my experience smooth from start to finish. Delivery was quick and I was able to track this too! The Christmas socks were also a lovely touch along with the card. I will definitely be ordering more patches and other products in the future! Brilliant!”

“Very pleasant experience dealing with this company from the first point of contact to delivery of order. Originally found 'Made by Cooper' via an internet search looking for a supplier and from then everything was easy and straight forward. From initial planning and asking what we were looking for to them showing proofs of the design which we changed several times before finally placing the order, nothing was too much trouble and we are delighted with the final product which was delivered ahead of the estimated delivery date. Well packaged and delivered by DPD courier. All together we had no complaints and were impressed with the whole process from start to finish. We will definitely consider them for any future orders of products we're looking for.”

“I am delighted with the patches that I ordered from Made by Cooper. From the design process they were more than happy to get the design just right. The production and delivery time was better than expected compared to previous patches I've ordered from other companies. Finally the quality is exceptional. Very happy with the result!”
