“I have already recommended Made by Cooper to my fellow artists and illustrators. Their pricing is incredibly reasonable, their team is professional, quick, and helpful, and the manufacturing process is also pretty fast for the quantity I ordered (300 total, 100x / 3 designs). In fact, my 3 orders came in faster than their estimated date! I'm also very pleased with the option to add my own backer card design. I also didn't expect to see them all pre-packaged in plastic protective sleeves. And of course, the most important thing: the quality of the hard enamel pins themselves are amazing. All in all, I can safely say I will be using Made by Cooper for my future pin projects (and would love to order some of their other products!).”

“This was my first time designing enamel pins. The website was easy to use, helped me figure out which pin type was best for my project, and supplied design specs. I contacted support several times with questions and they got back quickly with answers & options. The final products were drop-shipped, so I didn't see in person, but my client loved them & has commissioned more.”

“Made By Cooper are absolutely excellent. The quality and service are brilliant. To date I have ordered almost 9'000 patches from them. Most have been re-orders and the patches always come back with the same colours and quality as the originals. They have pushed through orders when I have been up against deadlines, delivering in 3 weeks as opposed to the 5 that it should have been during that busy period. My work always goes to the same Graphic Designer for proofing to keep the continuity of my product. I wouldnt look anywhere else if I were you!”

“I placed an order with Made by Cooper for 100 pins. I planned on selling these pins and for the price I was paying, expected decent quality. When I received the pins I found that nearly 20% of them had issues and did not fit my standards to be sold. However, when I reached out to Made by Cooper I was told that only "serious" defects, such as the pin missing enamel, would be refunded and that next time I could use the more expensive premium pin option if I was planning on selling them. I do not remember that even being an option at the time that I purchased my pins, but nonetheless there will not be a next time. For the price I paid, even though I did not purchase the premium option, I should not have so many pins with defects. I would have considered using Made by Cooper in the future if they had many any effort to remedy the situation but they have made it clear they do not care about their customers.”

“• Great Communication • Next Day delivery • Quality Metal • Quality Enamel • Quality Packaging I don’t know if I missed the option but I would like to see an option to remove the individual packages for each pin as it is a lot of plastic that will be wasted! Just an idea! :) Everything else PERFECT”

“The pin itself is very good quality but the silkscreen process is very poor. I don’t suggest to pay an extra if you want a well-done good-quality work cause they don’t put the silkscreen right to the area you want and they say it’s acceptable. (I already email and talk to them) I’d probably order them again cause they do make a great pin but just without a silkscreen.”

“Made by Cooper has been the easiest way to dive in and make merchandise for myself. When you design a product there are so many things you don’t think about and when you’re approached it can be a lot. these guys walk you down the process and you are allowed to alter it and see it in action as it goes along. This makes you feel like you are the artist collaborating with a group of other artists. They also got it to me a week before it was estimated to come! Great work!”

“Ordered some pins for a local group that I am a member of, the design service was fast and the pins were made and delivered within 2 and a half weeks of first placing the order. As far as I can tell there are no defects at all.”
