“This is the 13th enamel pin I’ve produced and my first with Made By Cooper. I was so disappointed! The lines are too thick, the colors were off, I had far more seconds that couldn’t be used, and overall it just doesn’t look like the same quality of the other pins I’ve produced. Darn.”

Thanks for the feedback, we cant find any communication about this other than this review, if you can contact us with pictures and explanations and can hopefully try to fix this?

“This is the first time we have ordered anything like this and so we were unsure on what to expect. The delivery time was extremely quick and the quality of the pins that we got were superb. We will definitely be ordering again!”

“My design didn't come in the best format, but the designer created the badge perfectly. It arrived 3 days earlier than expected, every part of the process was easy, the badges are exceptionally well made and we're all really happy with the outcome”

“Their communication was excellent, with our proposed revisions for our pin design being actioned and returned to us very quickly. The pins arrived about a week ahead of the initial estimated delivery and we were very pleased with the quality. We're planning to order a second batch and maybe a new design soon.”

“We, as an organisation, have ordered with Made by Cooper several times. The quality of the product they produce, their customer service and the speed at which the times are produced are second to none and this is why we have come back to them time and time again whenever we require anything to be made. Also, I really appreciated the lollipop which was included with the latest order we made, 10/10, excellent flavour choice too!”

“The hard enamel pins I had ordered were of fantastic quality! Every pin in the batch was absolutely perfect, and I couldn't be happier. My only critique would be that the process was a bit slow, especially when receiving a digital proof to approve..I felt like that process could have been sped up just a little bit. But once I received the proof, I felt the communication between asking for revisions and approving the proof was done at a great pace. Thank you so much, Made By Cooper team! I'm looking forward to continuing to work with you guys on future products I'd like produced!”

“The pins turned out beautifully, and arrived earlier than expected! I've had VERY bad experiences with other pin manufacturers (incomplete orders arriving, orders arriving defective, orders with a promised delivery time of 4-6 weeks inexplicably taking over 6 months, orders arriving insufficiently packaged so that the pins are crushed, etc.) so it was beyond refreshing having everything go smoothly with Made by Cooper. They cost more than some competitors, but in my opinion it's worth it. I've been recommending this company to anyone who asks :)”
