“I have used you twice in fact. Once for your enamel pin badge design (which by the way was absoblooming fantastic and our WI members LOVE LOVE LOVE them) and secondly to purchase Platinum Jubilee pin badges as gifts for our WI members. Your service has been impeccable from start to finish and your staff, well, what can I say - so professional. Your products are pretty spectacular too. Can't wait to work with you again on other designs.”

“We received our lovely pins this week and are thrilled with them. We are really happy with the entire experience working with Made by Cooper, from the ordering process, the design, and the delivery process. We were able to design our own card that works perfectly with the pin and each pin is packaged in its own casing. The pin is of excellent quality. Just perfect! Thanks so much!”

“We ordered 18 Gold/Silver/Bronze medals for the Parkinson’s National U.K. Championships. The whole process of submitting designs and accepting the proofs was both fool-proof and seamless. The was a slight delay (1 week) in delivery, but we’d allowed plenty of time before the event, so it wasn’t an issue. The medals are great.”

“This is the first time ordering this type of pin as we usually opt for hard enamel, but on this occasion we needed the extra colours. We are pleased with the finished product and the turnaround time which has meant they are available for the event they are commemorating. We are likely to use this style again for our more intricate designs. Thank you.”

“I've ordered custom knitted socks from Made By Cooper several times, and the service has always been stellar! The support from the team is always top notch, from ensuring the designs will work, to hitting (what is often) tight deadlines! The finished socks are always high quality and vibrant. I would wholeheartedly recommend using them for your custom goods, especially if you favour high quality and attention to detail.”

“We had a badge design from a previous manufacturer that was transferred into Made by Cooper’s own format. This process was relatively simple. Manufacture & delivery were on time and the badges look great. Thank you. Packaging was punctured on route but no damage to or loss of content.”

“The quality is amazingly consistent! I haven’t noticed any major flaws in any of my pins. One of the colors on one of my pins turned out inaccurate and they are completely redoing them at no cost to me.”
