“Adom was brilliant and supported me through what is a very difficult time for everyone. He gave me updates when I needed them and my pin badges came through only 4 days later than scheduled even though the factories had shut because of Covid 19. Thanks again to everyone there and the pins look great. Just what we wanted for our wedding later this year.”

“It took awhile because there was a slight production delay due to COVID-19, but because of that — they overnight shipped my order. And they came out beautiful! I couldn’t be happier!”

“Really disappointed with my badges. I worked hard with their very helpful designer but the colours do not have as much differential as the design that I approved. Because of this, it is not possible to see that it is a sunflower. I have contacted Cooper, but they have not responded.”

“In the first batch, the pins arrived too heavily polished, but the customer service was excellent and they started production on a fixed batch very quickly. The pins arrived without any scratches and the colors were better than expected.”

“Excellent detail on cloth woven badges. Very happy with the product. Only downside was the delivery delay due to the coronavirus which was no fault of the supplier. Overall, very pleased.”

“We were delighted with Made by Cooper who came highly recommended to us by Ben Cameron from the "#PinBadgeClub". We were not disappointed. The website is easy to use so pricing is very transparent. It took about four or five drafts of our design before we were happy with the artwork but this was all completed in a matter of days. Delivery took a little longer than first anticipated as production is in China and was hit by Coronavirus precautions but we were kept updated by Made by Cooper on a regular basis. We would not hesitate to use the company again and have plans for our next design already!”

“The key rings that I ordered are of very high quality and are excellent value for money. Although manufacture was delayed due to the Corona virus in China, I was given regular updates and kept informed. I would have no hesitation in ordering from Made by Cooper in the future.”

“Everything went to plan. The design team were very nice and did their job very well and impressed me when I thought my design was too complex. I was delighted at the speed everything was done in. I hope to use this service again, esp as the design process was so easy. (I order 200 premium soft enamel pin badges on double sided backing cards)”
