“I have ordered 4 products from Made by Cooper now, three being pins and one being a patch, which I am still waiting on but have had no doubts each time I have ordered and hence me coming back to buy more! “Everything I get from Made by Cooper is a 10/10. Working with them as a small one-person business owner/creator is such a pleasure. It is stress-free, professional, timely, transparent, with fantastic customer service and stellar quality to boot. I recently purchased some hard enamel earrings for the first time, and I felt taken care of the entire way, despite my oodles of questions and concerns. They turned out great, and I can't wait to see folks enjoying them!”

“The pins were exceptionally well made, as always. The only issue was with the shipment, apparently it arrived broken so they had to ship it back to MBC and produce it again. So I had to wait longer and also pay for customs twice. Having said that, the customer service was great and they shipped it as soon as possible the second time. Very happy with the quality.”

“I’ve had 2 different pins produced by made by Cooper and they are always high quality! they sent me a final draft design to make sure I was happy with it and the finished result always comes out better,, I will always use made by Cooper and no one else as I know the quality will not be able to be beaten! Thanks again!”

“I used Made By Cooper for my second enamel pin design, after being unsatisfied with the results of one of their competitors, and I was over the moon with the result. Their design team were great and so patient in dealing with the tweaks on the design to optimise it for the manufacture process. I'm so happy with them in fact that I've already ordered two more designs this weekend.”

“Absolutely Amazing! The designers were so understanding to my vision and what I wanted for the design of the pin, making all the small adjustments where possible. They were so fast with responding and their process so clear, making it easy and stress free. I'll definitely use them again for any other fundraising merchandise and recommend them highly”
