“Very pleased with Jacob's design and the high percentage of accurate badges bearing in mind the intricate design. Only let down was delivery being made when I was away on holiday having previously advised this. Luckily I was able to arranger for someone to collect the badges from the DPD collection point on the last available day.”

“Very happy with the service and time scales. My own inexperience led to my pin design looking much darker in reality with lack of definition, so I would suggest to other ‘newbies’ to carefully consider main colours & trim before production!”

“My custom hard enamel pins arrived quickly and more beautiful than I anticipated. There was a small issue with a missing backstamp, but they promised to reimburse me for it. Other than that, seeing the pins were a dream come true and I love them! Would recommend.”

“My second time using Made by Cooper to make enamel pins - still great quality, though a little disappointed - with my first order I got a few extra pins, to account for the few with defects, this time I got no extras so some of my 100 pins have to be sold as seconds.”

“I ordered 4 different soft enamel pin designs, which were under a deadline- Made by Cooper not only produced these pins in a reasonable and quick timeframe, but the shipping was fast too! When I received my pins, there were some minor details I wasn’t 100% satisfied with, and when I contacted customer support, they were very helpful and I now have a new batch of pins being sent for free! I’d do this again no doubt, especially with the customer service team being so helpful and nice!”

“Really happy with the product, my initial contact was slow but I think maybe just a missed email. Badves came quickly and are good quality. Just a point of note, one of the people buying commented why did they need to be in plastic bags, maybe something tbat could be reveiwed.”
