“Made by Cooper makes a truly high end product. Their ordering process is easy, all I have to do is design my pin and they bring that design to life. Their proof is always as close to my original design as possible, any changes they've made they position why and provide a great counter solution. For a while, the US based store wasn't working so I had to email for pin orders. One order got a little lost in the shuffle, but they've since helped me quickly. I appreciate it. I'd love for them to be able to make smaller than 10mm pins in the future, right now they are my only pin producer, and I'd like to keep it that way.”

“After a lot of research and asking many creators, I settled on Made by Cooper for my first enamel design. As an independent artist on a budget, I could not afford to have this go wrong, and Made by Cooper had me feeling confident and ready every step of the way. The instructions are clear, and they keep in contact through the whole creation process. They also will answer all 1 million questions you send them with a cheery attitude. Will be returning as a customer!!”

“One of the thread colors we aren't happy with. Usually the thread colors are slightly off for patches from a digital proof but the ones we we received are COMPLETELY off. Not sure which factory they are using in China but they don't have great communication or QA with their factory. I contacted customer service and it was a dead end. They did not help whatsoever. Would not recommend Made by Cooper for patches or customer service.”

“I couldn't have been more happy with the end result of my soft-enamel pin order. I'd never had custom enamel pins made before, and was nervous my file hadn't been set up correctly, but the proof from Made by Cooper came back almost identical and the end product exceeded my expectations. I put this largely down to the helpful 'design guidance' on the website which I referenced often throughout the design process and preparing the digital files to send for production.”
