“The team was extremely responsive and the whole process was WAY faster than I expected, especially since I'm across the ocean from the HQ. The pins turned out beautifully as well! I am itching for another excuse/project so I can keep working with this company! LOVE IT!”

“I have used Made by Cooper a few times now and they have been fantastic! The people I chat to over the phone understand what I want and the quality of production is excellent. Their emails are designed perfectly so you are kept up to date with the whole process too...and the animations are awesome! High quality products for a very reasonable cost. All of the reasons why I use Made by Cooper, and why I will keep using them.”

“Working with Made by Cooper is a joy. We recently produced some pins for the first time, and as a couple of greenhorns, we had a lot of questions. The team at Made by Cooper was there every step of the way to answer everything we needed to know. Their knowledge and quality made the whole experience easy from start to finish. There was always a member of the team ready to help. We will definitely be returning with more merchandise to prepare!”

“Made by Cooper is the best! Not only were they very prompt with their replies, they were also very accommodating to our requests in changes of the design and such, and delivered exactly what we wanted. Our customized pins were also delivered to us within a week of the design being confirmed, and we were super happy with being able to finally touch and feel the brainchild of our initial design, along with the help of Made by Cooper’s amazing staff. It was one of the best experiences I’ve had working with any kind of businesses online!”

“Everyone I have corresponded with at Made by Cooper has been quick, friendly, and easy to work with! I've gotten edits to my proofs and responses to my questions in a timely manner, always within a day. And the quality of the pins I've received is very nice as well! Majority of the pins are what I would consider to be standard grade, and given the size and complexity of my design, that's saying a lot! Would definitely order from again.”

“The process to have our order made up was simple and straight forward. I was really impressed by the quality of the patches when they arrived and the value for money is excellent. We're going to be selling them to raise funds for the Royal British Legion this Christmas and everyone who has seen them has been completely blown away by the quality. We will most definitely be ordering again from you in the future.”

“This was my first time using Made By Cooper. I chose them to make my soft enamel pins based off good reviews and a referral. I had never designed or made any products before so I felt somewhat apprehensive to begin with. Their sales rep, from the first e-mail, made me feel so comfortable going through the proofing and approval process I did not have to think twice at any point. From start to finish, the process was seamless and made easy for me. I received a 100% perfect product with not a single flaw on any one of the 100 pins I had made. First impressions are lasting impressions and Made By Cooper has earned my business for life.
