“WE HAVE ORDERED BADGES IN BRONZE BUT RECEIVED COPPER ONES. CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE TO POINT OUT THE ISSUE BUT THEY SAID THE COPPER IS "NEW BRONZE" FROM NOW ON. THE COLOR OF THE BADGES WAS VERY IMPORTANT TO US, I WAS UNDERESTIMATED WITH ARROGANCE AND INDIFFERENCE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SELLER !!!”

Hi Rafal, Sorry you're not happy with your badges. We offered you to return the badges for a full refund. The badges are also the same plating colour as you previously ordered from us last year and the chart shown on the website. Please get in touch if you wish to return them.

“Incredible service. I sent a design through and it came back on the patch even better than I thought. Turnaround not too bad but importantly, able to track progress all the way through. Regular emails as things moved on. I will certainly be going back if we need to have more patches made.”

“Excellent service, I've already recommended them to 3 people. Started with the sample service, I was unsure about one of the options available so I asked specifically to see it in a sample. 6 were delivered quite quickly. The design service was also excellent, allowing me to adjust and preview before finalising. Not our first time ordering pins but so much easier than our last experience elsewhere. Highly recommend!”

“As usual, Made by Cooper have delivered. This time I had opted to go for some glow in the dark elements which look great, I don't know if there was a guide on the website, but would be great to see what colours are compatible with GitD enamel as I'd love to use it again. The quality is fantastic, and will be returning for more pins in the near future.”

“This is the second order of custom enamel badges/pins from Made by Cooper and will definitely be using them again, the orders are part of the support package offered to military families and the badges have been a great success. The ordering process is really straightforward and the design support invaluable as i dont have access to great software, the design dept take my simple 'design' and make it so much better! Prices are great and the production and delivery quick”
