“I have been hesitant to start making my own custom pins because it seemed like a daunting process but Made By Cooper made it so easy, quick, and efficient. Customer service was lovely and speedy. “Really attentive and helpful. From the first email they advised what changes the thought might need to be made. The sign of process was good and being able to track progress online was just exciting!! As a small charity, the prices were really competitive and the quality is great.”

“I bought 100 custom made hard enamel pins from Made by Cooper and they look AMAZING. They were super quick when responding to my emails, and also emailed me the status of my pins. When the pins were dispatched (2 weeks earier than estimated!), the pins arrived at my door in one day (which was so fast!). The pins overall are gorgeous. The gold metal plating is so shiny and I love to look at it. The quality is great too—it is very consistent, and I don’t have to separate the pins into firsts and seconds because they’re all firsts to me!”

“Really happy with the product, my initial contact was slow but I think maybe just a missed email. Badves came quickly and are good quality. Just a point of note, one of the people buying commented why did they need to be in plastic bags, maybe something tbat could be reveiwed.”
