“Service was excellent. The design team were most helpful, scaling and rejigging badge layout to my specs. The full deign process worked well and the final proofing was straight forward. Communication with them and responses to queries were dealt with timeously. We have received the pin badges (hard enamel.) Good quoty and exactly as specified. Excellant service, would use again. “Coopers art department did a brilliant job of preparing artwork for my badges from what I gave them. It was unfortunate that production was then unavoidably held up about three weeks by the Coronavirus crisis, but Coopers handled the delay as well as they could and kept in contact, and I was highly satisfied with the badges when they came. Well done guys.”

“I ordered some custom knitted socks in January that had a deadline attached. However, with the Coronavirus pandemic happening they explained that there was a high chance they were not going to get be ready in time due to factory’s being closed in China. They kept me up to date continuously which I thought was great customer service!! As time went on it wasn’t looking likely that I’d get the socks in time, but to my surprise I received an email one morning that said the socks were ready and on their way! I know that made by cooper really did so everything in their power to give the best service, 100% would recommend! The quality of the product made was fantastic! I have very happy customers. Thank you, Abi Tonge”

“Our badges are amazing! Exactly what we imagined. The perfect wedding favours. The design team really helped us in getting to the final design and the team even got them delivered to us during a global pandemic! “A brilliant range of quality badges that go down a treat with kids at my school. Standard ones with a huge choice are wonderful and for those special moments, the bespoke option is really cool. I've recently ordered badges with Latin text in pink and the students who had earned them were delighted...if a little confused since it was for a musical exploit. I love window shopping for next year too - really good motivators and the badges stand the test of time because they are well made. A returning customer here.”

“I loved my ghosties, the size was perfect and the details very sweet, they glowed blue and more brightly than I expected, I'm actually in love with them. The only thing that surprised me (not negatively) is that the glow in the dark colors the texture is quite rough and matte.”
