“I was a bit nervous with how our patch would turn out as it did have a lot of fine detail. The team did an awesome job helping modify it for the process and they turned out awesome. Just need to patch things up and sell them now. Will definitely be returning ❤️”

“I was extremely pleased with my pins from Made by Cooper! It was super easy to ask for variations and the design team brought the pins to life wonderfully. I had had an issue with my last order but it was corrected quickly and well so I felt very confident in them for this round and any future orders! I would recommend them.”

“Automated emails cause confusion and are a poor cover for poor communication. Your company relies on terms and conditions rather than common sense and is happy to send out products that are totally different to the proof. Previously, I had been impressed by your design team working with us to ensure that the designs would work in pin form, however despite spending quite a lot of money with your company over the last 12 months, the response I received to my query about the latest pin we received was unacceptable and I have already found an alternative supplier. Please remove me from any mailing lists. I will also recommend to all of our artists that they use another company for any future pin orders.”

Thanks for the review and sorry you're not happy with them but as they have been made correctly there is nothing we can do about changing them, as for terms we try list every possible outcome for our customers to read and check at their leisure and approve before product, we do advise to read these as stated in the emails to you and in this case provide a video showing the finished result so there is no confusion when they are made. We explained before production, Black Nickel plating is the darkest plating we have for hard enamel, and is closer to dark grey in colour. As it is a reflective material, in direct light it can appear closer to nickel (silver) in colour. The Black nickel plating will vary in darkness depending on the design and batch, we can not guarantee that each batch is exactly the same.
