“We used Made By Cooper as we needed some badges in a hurry. Their service and system is excellent and you get notified exactly where you are in the process which gives you confidence. Its very refreshing to order something hassle free as a customer. We will be back and recommend you to anyone wanting badges. The quality was excellent too, thanks so much”

“I approached Made By Cooper with some designs already in place. They swiftly made them pin-suitable and communication was always very quick. The pins took around a month to arrive, as I was told when ordering. I'll definitely be ordering again! I can highly recommend them.”

“I decided on Made by Cooper when I was ready to design my first enamel pin, and was completely blown away by their customer service! The staff were incredibly helpful and patient, and let me tweak the design 3 times after submission, just so I could get tweak any areas that would have needed engraving. The quality is also brilliant, and they arrived safely within the estimated time. I really can't wait to order more!”

“I've been ordering enamel pins and patches from Made by Cooper for years and the quality has always been exceptional! Out of multiple companies I've worked with, MbC has been the best in both quality and service. In the rare cases where there has been an issue with the products delivered, they've always made it right as soon as I reached out to them. Highly recommended.”

“Not sure if this will get published, but I'm very dissapointed by the customer service and production of chenille patches. The thickness of the outlines on the patch on some important parts of the design are thicker than the filler inside, totally opposite than the prepared visual they sent me. When I try to speak with the customer service it's quite the same as I'm speaking with a computer and I'm getting the same automathic answers: Our product is excellent! How to throw away 300 euros in 2019 without any customer protection? Order chenille pathes with Made by Cooper.”

Thanks for the review and feel only fair that we upload the design and finished product supplied. These products as we explained are as the design supplied and approved. Production and graphics will always have small differences as explained in all communication and terms. Sorry you're not happy with these however we think these turned out excellent for size and detail.

“I got a set of hard enamel pins and embroidered patches made. The quality of these is absolutely beautiful but the quality of service by Made By Cooper was what was absolutely EXCEPTIONAL. They responded to every single email I sent in under 15 minutes and answered every question or query I had. I would 100% recommend Made By Cooper to a fellow artist.”
