“Always very pleased with the design work by Jacob. We generally get there on version 3 or 4 and I am always pleased with how that translates to the finished badge. The manufacturing quality is always good and I like the communication fron DPD on the day of delivery.”

“My keychains came out beautifully. At first I wasn't sure how they were going to be translated from digital proof to physical as I was worried some details might get lost but its essence was still captured. Thank you so much for the help Made by Cooper.”

“Very good and timely service. I got some enamel keychains made and they look better than expected! Packaging could have been a bit better as the box was split open but nothing was lost so not a major complaint, and it probably wasn't the fault of Made By Cooper anyway.”

“Extremely pleased! Great communication from the Made by Cooper team after order was placed. We actually received our pins much earlier than the anticipated delivery date. Wonderful surprise! We've worked with another pin manufacturer in the past with some quality issues. All the pins we received from made by Cooper were near perfect! So pleased and can't wait to work with them again!”

“After deciding to launch the NHS Rainbow Badges across a group of surgeries in Blackpool we were put in touch with Made by Cooper as they were the official manufacturer of the badges. Cannot praise them enough. Very professional and kept us informed of the process from start to finish. Very happy with the badges. They look fab. Being from Huddersfield myself it was also nice to work with a company from my hometown, which I didn't expect when the idea for the badges originated in London.”

“I’d actually give Made By Cooper 6 stars if I could. Design stage was really simple and great communication to refine my original submission. They kept me informed at each stage and even a “go, no-go” email before production started! Delivery was not only ahead of schedule (approx. 4 weeks) but Made By Cooper texted and emailed with precise delivery schedule and times to ensure that I didn’t miss them. The woven badges themselves are flawless - in fact better than I anticipated- I simply could not be happier, I’ll definitely use them again and recommend highly to all of my friends, colleagues and listeners of SoundOfSpitfire internet radio!”

“Ideas made Real! We wanted to reward donors to our fund raising campaign with a momento, and we decided upon a badge. With no previous experience I searched on line. Of all the sites Made by Cooper was by far the easiest to navigate and produce a there and then a quotation for a product that exactly suited our needs. I'll admit I was nervous about initiating the order for 400 badges, with no way of knowing what exactly I would get and if I would like it. I am pleased to say Made by Cooper made the whole experience so easy, producting a final design that exactly suited our needs and packaged just how we wanted. So simple, stress free and very quick on delivery. We're very happy to have chosen Made by Cooper and I know we'll be back .”
