“I loved my experience with MbC - I've made 5 design orders with them already and the communication and thoughtful design help has been great. Most pins arrived in good condition, when ordering a smaller batch everything went great, with a larger one I've noticed more damage to the backing cards due to the way they're packaged.”

“Great service wonderful people. The reason I'm giving more stars is quality control. The badges themselves are ok, a little murky and the pins haven't been centered but vary considerably. Now, I did go for the cheapest option and with hindsight I maybe should have opted for the Premium option, which I probably will do next time”

“I recently worked with Made By Cooper on my very first custom enamel pin venture. I had never designed one myself before, but had done a bit of research so I at least had a starting point, and MBC made the whole process so much easier than I had ever expected. I had expected to have a but of my stock that wasn't perfect, because I wanted to be realistic and not have my expectations too high. Of course there was going to be a variance because of the nature of enamel. But let me tell you, those that did have imperfections present were barely noticeable. The quality of work my Made By Cooper is exceptional and their designers, customer service, and social media presence are all warm, personable, professional, and human. Thank you Made By Cooper! We'll be working together again soon!”

“The patches I ordered came out perfect and exactly how I wanted. The customer service was also excellent, they were very informative about how the design would appear on the patch and what suggestions they would have to make the design better work. They were also very quick to respond to follow up emails and keep me up to date in the process. The patches actually came in earlier than expected.”

“Absolutely amazing service. Very friendly and prompt with emails. Before ordering i had some questions and the staff were very helpful with their responses. From submitting my designs to the order being manufactured was super fast. All round a very pleasant, hassle free process. I'll definitely be back for more pins in the future. Thank you”
