“Made by Cooper was recommended by a friend. After months of trial and error with other companies, I’m very satisfied with Made by Cooper. Affordably priced with no hidden fees. Every step of the process I was involving. Great communication via emails. At one point during the design phase, I had missed something when ordering, this was not a problem, no hidden fees for changing the order slightly and resolved within minutes. They kept the design as intended, sending over a proof. After that the order arrived before the estimated date. Quality of the product is very good on the whole order. Over all my experience with Made by Cooper was excellent. I recommend them 100%”

“After speaking with Amy I immediately knew we’d be in good hands. I explained what we needed, which was a lapel pin and was then passed over to Zoe who was equally as knowledgeable. Will looked after the final design before production. He was extremely patient and got it spot on. High quality product and we’ll definitely recommend their services and be using them again!”

“The comminication with the company was fast and the delivery very quick. The design team was very responsive and adjusted the design according to my wishes. The final 3D metallic pins look good, but there was an issue that the final edits were not in the produced design. Their team offered to send us a new batch with correct design. The communication from them was clear and fast, and the replacment should still arrive before our event.”
