“We wanted new badges for the beginners at our swimming club and decided to do our own to encourage the very beginners. We found Coopers helpful with the final design and the badges arrived earlier than first said which we are really pleased about as badge night was the night after the last date that the badges were to arrive by. We are very pleased with the quality of the badges also. It can be a bit worrying when ordering over the internet but we are pleased with the outcome. The only wee problem we had was the delivery was attempted to the civic centre not the health centre which was a bit frustrating as stayed behind waiting that night. Arrived next morning at the correct delivery address.”

“Very happy with the service and time scales. My own inexperience led to my pin design looking much darker in reality with lack of definition, so I would suggest to other ‘newbies’ to carefully consider main colours & trim before production!”

“I’ve just received my first ever pin from Made by Cooper and the whole process was fantastic. They helped me from design and production right up to delivery. I wasn’t expecting them to put each pin individually onto the backing cards and place in a plastic wallet either, so thank you for that. Will definitely be using them in future and recommending. Product is top quality.”

“Absolutely terrible. Ordered some badges for a school assembly. We were told to wait 3-4 weeks. Nothing arrived. I called to chase up the order and was told an email was sent to me a week after ordering requesting proof approval. I never got the email but was told it was my fault. Made By Cooper said there was nothing they would do for my school. AVOID like the plague. Let’s see if they refund me.”

Thanks for the review, unfortunalty the email you supplied was not one you admitted to use and we didn't get approval of the design from you so therefore can not proceed with production without it. We chased this up on several occasions without reply. We offered to send an alternative product that we have in stock to use for the presentation to try help but this was refused. The refund is being processed.

“I have been involved with 6 pin designs through Made by Cooper now, and Everytime they are a dream to work with. From simple to complex the work is professional and quick, the customer service outstanding. My last design is the most complex and required multiple revisions, and no matter how picky I was the staff made it work every time. Even with me being in California and them across the world, everything is handled in a timely manner. Hard and soft enamel both look fantastic, the glitter is bright and eye catching, and the glow in the dark glows fabulously, my customers are happy, I'm happy, and people stop me when I'm wearing my pins to ask about them! Will be doing much more work in the future with them!”
