“Excellent service from Cooper. Good advice on what product to select for my design (they actually suggested a cheaper design than my original suggestion), quick turnaround from initial order to approval of the artwork to delivery of the product - everyone is very pleased with them, and we will be ordering again.”

“Absolutely loved the final product. My design needed tweaking & was done so very professionally. The speed, look etc. everything is perfect. I expected to have to ‘settle’ with whatever arrived but was blown away by the quality of my pin badges. They were better than I had hoped for & arrived early! Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the price. However, with the feel, look & quality of the badges I understand the cost & I’ll be going back!!”

“this is our 2nd order of badges for an annual Scout event. All messages were quickly responded to & timely order updates were received. Badges are as before good quality & well made. Order placed 7th April & designed, signed off & received on 25th April”

“I've used Made by Copper several times and both the product quality and service have been outstanding. “Their customer service was so quick and very helpful for someone designing and creating pins for the first time. I needed the design for a club event and ordered this on a time crunch but received the pins way faster than I expected. Definitely recommend making use of the two pin design deal to save money and enjoy more than one of your designs coming to life!”

“Fab service as always- design team are quick to respond and v helpful during the back and forth finalising your design for manufacture. They have the perfect balance of offering suggestion and staying true to your original design. I can’t speak for other products as I haven’t ordered them but hard enamel pin quality is very high, they’re weighty and have a beautiful finish to them. You can be reassured that any issues are looked into quickly, usually easily sorted and they follow through wonderfully. Tracking on the orders is fab as you can gauge where you’re at in the process, delivery is usually early to mid range of the estimate and once dispatched will typically arrive next day. Thanks Made By Cooper!”
