“The speed of the delivery was excellent I didn't imagine they would deliver at the weekend so was counting the delivery days as weekdays so I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived on Saturday morning. The quality and detail of the badges where spectacular and they where super helpful with my queries. Would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.”

“Very helpful and knowledgeable guys at this place. I was a little unsure about having to make payment for a design first, which is then deducted if you go ahead with an order from the total cost. Therefore making it a free design service. Really happy with the end result of my badges and backing cards. The backing card design was designed by Made by Cooper, which look really nice, and suit my badge. Price is competitive aswell. Slight delay with my order arriving but all in all very happy with the customer service from this company.”

“we requested a custom badge for our 252 award scheme based on a previous design - the initial response was very quick - the price breaks were very competitive and attractive - the final design approval was excellent and the product was very outstanding. From the initial request for a quotation to the delivery of the badges was very fast with very helpful exchanges of progress e-mails throughout.”

“The service in advance of production was superb. Zoey and Amy were prompt in sending appropriate samples so I could get an understanding of the black dye, GITD and soft enamel look and feel. I've had great communication during the design and approval steps from Elenor, including advice on picking the ideal colours, and making minor adjustments to my designs to suit the enamel pins. Production for my first batch was on time, delivered when expected, and the end result was perfect. Every single pin was immaculate. Already placed another order for more designs, and getting top notch service from Will once again!”

“The finished quality of my pins with backing card was excellent--no complaints there. This was my first time making anything with MBC, and I was not expecting that most of the transaction would be conducted by email, rather than through their website. I wasn't able to log in and see my order, check up on the status, or anything else. This would make it challenging to reorder, as it may fall to another individual in my company to do that.”

Hi! We're sorry that you weren't 100% happy with our service. Unfortunately, as we make custom products specific to each client, there has to be some back an forth through email to ensure the products you receive are exactly what you had in mind. With regards to reordering, you can send us an email with your original order number and if the order is exactly the same, it will go straight through to the production list without any need for signing off on visuals ... best part is, reorders get a nice discount too :) I hope that helps.
