“This is the second time I've used MBC and they have been professional both times. The design team are knowledgeable and polite and when there was a slight error in the design they were quick to update it and absolutely made sure I was happy before proceeding to production. They are my go to for embroidered patches.”

“My first go at designing pins for my business. An absolute joy, simple and straightforward process with a great variety of choices and a clear pricing structure from the first step. So happy with the quality of the pins and am looking forward to putting them in my shop in September and hope to order a different style next time. “The final product was of excellent quality and just like our design. I only wish I'd asked to see the threads in person before production as the yellow is a lot paler in reality than on the PC screen. We had excellent help with deciding on embroidery vs woven. However, as the design was changed from one to the other, there was no prompting or discussion about changing the finish, such as the type of edge and the final badge was 80% of what I'd wanted. Overall really satisfied and would use again.”
