“Good communications to set up the order. Really pleased with the finished product which is excellent quality and looks impressive. Production and delivery could have been quicker to get the finished product to me - it did take a good few weeks.”

“The Made by Cooper service never disappoints. I started my pin business 4 years ago and have received such quality goods that I've been using them for years. Their in house team of designers ensure that your design is executed perfectly. I usually work with the designer Adom, who is very attentive to my design preferences and an overall highly skilled, professional creative. I'm so thankful for his help and patience when capturing the minute details of how I'd like the pin. Would highly recommend this service!”

“I was happy with everything until I received my order, which is fine except for the colours. I was told that the colours needed to be matched by eye to the design on screen and I okay-ed the proof that was sent to me. However, the end result is not at all what the proof or my design looked like and the words are unreadable. My design clearly had more contrast than what I've ended up with. I have emailed Made by Cooper twice since receiving my order to try and work out a solution and they haven't replied to either email.”

“Streamlines process - couldn’t be happier with the final product! We purchased enamel pins for our society. The society badge has a very complex design, but Made By Cooper still made it happen and the final product looks great. Great quality and best price I found in the market - cannot recommend them enough”

“From start to finish the process has been seamless, with brilliant customer service and a quality finished product. The design team took our idea and turned it into something perfect. My daughter is so delighted with the badges (a custom ‘brand’ to attach to her home sewn items) that she has created an image of them as her WhatsApp profile photo. I’ve already referred Made by Cooper to a few Guides/Scout leader friends 😁”
