“I am so happy with this order, the flowers are absolutely beautiful and they smell divine. My only complaint is the delivery hand of the box was not kept upright so water had leaked out of the flowers. Other than that perfect.”

“I am really annoyed that the flowers that I ordered for my sister in law’s birthday which was on the 22nd. I placed the order on late on the 21st I got a calendar to pick the date which I did . I had problems trying to pay but 20mins later I got them paid for. I got a n email from yourselves just after midnight on the 22nd of February stating my order had been complete. Unfortunately I was in hospital so I could not check if the flowers had been delivered as the Wi-Fi was so bad. However, I’ve got to check my emails the following morning and I seen that the flowers were going to be delivered by DPD courier company on the 24th 23rd. I statistically want them for the 22nd because the person I was sending them to. It was her 50th birthday and then search it gets her flowers are dailies. I have asked for the condition of the flowers and she said they were sign for fourth. Really annoying , it was probably 36 hours after they were made up before they were delivered. If you’re going to just send flowers when you feel like it don’t bother putting a calendar on for people to pick a date. I would’ve understand if it was valentines weekend, but this was 10 days later , I appreciate that the flowers have to go to Drogheda which is 30 minutes drive from for your depot in swords. It was not the other end of the Country. I am actually extremely ill and really could’ve done without the hassle of your company, making a mess of my surprise for Rosie, I have tried getting through to customer services on numerous occasions and the phone is just ringing out so it was good that you asked me to complete the survey so I could let you know what had happened”

“Flowers were delivered a day after the requested date but maybe that's because you don't do next day delivery outside of Dublin (however better if you could grey out the date in that case). Nevertheless the flowers lasted more than a week which was great and looked lovely.”

“I placed an order less than 24 hours before valentines day. The delivery for the next day was a vailable as were a large number of bouquets! The flowers arrived as promised in a protective box and the delivery professional contacted the receiver to ensure that the delivery was completed. Both me the sender and the receiver were very happy.”
