“I’m normally very happy with my orders, but this time the bouquet wasn’t up to the normal standards, some of the roses were dry and almost dead and had to be removed after the first day”

“So impressed with Mad Flowers! This is the second time I’ve ordered and both times I was delighted. They were delivered on time and were very high quality. There was nobody home so they texted the recipient to let her know. Would highly recommend!”

“It wasn’t the bunch of flowers I ordered and they were half dead. I also emailed customer service with a query as they were delivered very late and got no reply. Was very disappointed. Won’t be ordering again.”

“Ordered a bouquet delivery for a work colleague who was leaving. Due to a last minute mix up (I didn't realise she was leaving early) I contacted Maurice who very kindly re routed the delivery to her home address. I would highly recommend Mad Flowers, excellent customer service and beautiful bouquets. The recipient was very happy with them.”
