“Well what can I say but a big thank you to my amazing solicitor Michael Ball, Michael was my solicitor not only for selling my house but purchasing my new apartment, Michael kept me up to date on all aspects on both moves, he was only a phone call away and was always on hand to answer even most silliest of questions, he made everything less stressful and super quick, I can not recommend these solicitors enough and if I ever decide to move again i will definitely call Michael”

“I'm an overseas seller of a rental property and was a bit worried about the whole process but there was nothing to be worried about. Eve and Gita made everything a breeze from start to finish; emails, phone calls at strange times wasn't a problem for them, every question answered very quickly and clearly. “Michael Ball, well what can I say seriously, he was outstanding, he understood my situation. Buying a house in Shetland is not easy but Michael Ball was on the Ball, He worked for me when I asked him to do something it was done with professional speed, Michael has empathy, knows what’s needed at the right time, and the unusual circumstances he had to work under where outstanding. Without his help I may have been homeless Thank you Michael 😊”

“Mackerel & Thomas were excellent throughout out sale and purchase’s, we had our first buyer pulling out a few days before completion so had to re-list our property and find another house to buy, then we were forced to pull out of our 2nd purchase and had to find another property. When we finally found our new home it only took 7 weeks to complete and Gita (our solicitor) was always keeping us informed of where we were up to. Thanks again.”
