“Shane told me that the battery would be no charge, as in all dealings regarding my previous home and business I had NEVER paid for a battery. However I received a bill for.......... 1 Battery! Not happy at all. Please check with Shane”

Good afternoon Mr Roadknight, All replacement batteries are classed as consumables and as such would be chargeable. We do return to replace batteries free of charge at our discretion if a battery appears faulty, however the panel battery on this occasion was over 4 years old. I have spoken with Shane, who attended yesterday, and he has confirmed that you were informed of the cost of the panel battery while he was on site and that you did question having to pay as you had never had to pay for a battery in the past. There may be a reason why you have not needed to pay for a panel battery previously - if you would like us to look into this for you please send me an email: lauren@lynxsecurity.com Kind Regards, Lauren

“You have recently visited my house to service my alarm and add some additional parts to the existing system. The engineer (Cavin, hope I am spelling that right) was brilliant. He worked efficiently and managed to ensure the system was in working order, and was a pleasure to chat with. Really impressed with the service so thank you.”
