“I have had my alarm for about 9 years now with Lynx Fire and security they are a great company to deal with, Cavan serviced the alarm this year and as all of the previously visits we have had from various engineers he was polite ,efficient and helpful.”

“I would give Shane the engineer five out of five as he was excellent in all areas. Thank you Shane, your professionalism was much appreciated. However, administrative staff not as good. Carole rang and asked for our email address which previously we had allowed and owing to unwanted contact had it withdrawn. She assured us it was to forward on our receipt. We reluctantly agreed and received an old receipt for a repair to the bell twelve months ago. Nothing relating to the service. A ruse I believe!!”
